The BIO World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology, taking place in Montreal from June 16-19, is the place to be to meet leading Dutch companies in the Biobased Economy.

The Netherlands is home to internationally renowned scientists with a strong reputation for knowledge and expertise in the field of industrial biotechnology and biochemistry.

Strong collaboration between the world-class academic and industrial sector, supported by government, has led to groundbreaking research and successful innovations. The Netherlands offers a unique global cluster where different parties collaborate on innovative business cases to realize the transition towards a biobased economy.

The proximity of Rotterdam, Europe’s largest seaport, offers excellent international logistical access and a high density of suppliers and end-users in the surrounding industrial zone.

The presence of outstanding research and higher education institutions with unique professional training facilities, provides easy access to human capital.

As coordinator of the Holland Biotech Pavilion we are proud to present to you the digital mission booklet in a specially designed app, available on Android and Apple devices.

In the BIOHubNL app the participating companies present themselves and contact details of the local representatives can be found. Some background information on the Dutch Chemical and Energy sector and newsupdates from the participants make this app a must-have tool for all interested to have easy access to some of the key-players in the Dutch Biobased Economy.
